When I teach a class, I bring a variety of different types of sling with me, including different brands so that you can compare them and try them out. I will help you to choose a type and style of sling that is suitable for you and your baby.

I will be able to show you how to use any of the various slings that I have with me, or your own if you already have one that you’ve bought. I am trained to teach you how to use Mei Tai slings, Ring slings, Pouches, and Soft Structured Buckle Carriers. I provide a weighted demonstration doll so that you can practice wraps, lifts and carries with this instead of your own baby to begin with if you wish.

If you haven’t already bought a sling, I can provide you with information on where the various slings are sold, and if you wish to, you can order slings through me from Hoppediz or Girasol during the class – both of these companies produce stretchy wraps, woven wraps and ring slings. Orders placed through me come direct from Germany, and may take up to two weeks to arrive. If you wish to, you can hire one of my slings until your own arrives.

I can be booked to do one-to-one sessions with you at your home, or you can organise a group class (also in your own home) if you prefer. I like to limit group classes to 3 babies maximum so that I can give you all the individual attention and support that you may need.

One-to-one Individual Lesson (in your own home):
15€ per hour plus travel expenses*. – Most people benefit from 1-2 hours instruction.

Group Lesson (in your own home) – Prices for this are per person, not per hour. An average class normally lasts around 2-2.5 hours.

2 people - 20€ per person*
3 people - 18€ per person*

Unfortunately at the present time I do not hold any classes in public venues.

*People wishing one-to-one lessons can contact me to discuss travel expenses costs. I do not normally charge travel expenses on group lessons for people who are within Dublin. For anyone outside of Dublin who wishes to host a group lesson please contact me for travel expense details.
